| Gue register broadband celcom ari tukat melaka raya...layanan..perghhh baik giler....tapi 1 thing for sure that girl who entertained me made few mistakes in her information about the pakage but gue just ignore laa coz she admit her mistakes by saying that she is little bit blurr...ok laa tuuu........so gue pun agreed nak pakai broadband yang sebulan RM99 dapat free modem...so gue pun hepi laa....mana tau..dapat je bil celcom khinzir tu ...tarcatat kat situ....caj bulanan adalah RM 129...apalagi...my horn goes up laa...so midnite tu jugak gue made a unsatisfied call to careline celcom and asking for confirmation regarding that...it is true that my bill is RM 129....so apa lagi disebabkan dah midnite...gue pun sent an email to careline@celcom.com.my....gue buat complain kaw-kaw....
mmg gue tak puashati....easily they get extra money by cheating to customer.Bad service!!!!!!Pastu gue call cawangan kat malim sebab cawangan melakaraya tak pick up the phone...apa lagi..yang angkat tepon tu kene semburan beracun laaa.....bergetar sore pompuan hawau tuu...isk isk isk....goram den...
celcom nye careline pun dah reply kat gue mintak detail regarding the branch and the agent...gue dah bagi sume tuu.......
So korang2 kalau nak amik ape2 celcom service...hati2 dijalanraya....staff depa selalu dalam kebingungan....tak lulus PMR agaknya depa tuu....  |
